Subscribing to and unsubscribing from What's new

If you use the What's new view frequently, you should consider subscribing to it. When you subscribe to What's new, you receive email messages each morning. The messages are sent to the email address that is specified in your user account. They contain the data that appears in the What's new view for the last day. The message is not sent if no changes occurred during the previous day. You subscribe to What's new by setting filter options that specify how to group the data that you receive. You can create multiple sets of filter options to group data in various ways.

To subscribe to What's new:

1. View What's new and set your Filter preferences as described in Viewing What's new.
2. In the What's new section header, click Subscribe. A page showing the subscription options appears.
3. Click options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.

4. Click Subscribe. The filter option settings are saved with the specified name. If you selected the Notify option, the filter set is added to your active What's new subscription.

To unsubscribe from What's new:

1. View What's new and select the filter set from which you want to unsubscribe as described in Viewing What's new.

2. In the What's new section header, click Unsubscribe. The view refreshes and the filter set name is removed from the Filter list.

   Click the Unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of the What's new email message.
